Reservation Policy

Reservation Policy for private accommodations (homes, cottages, B&B's,)
To guarantee a reservation the requested deposit has to be paid by credit card (Visa or Master Card, Amex) at the time of reservation has been made.
Rental rates do not include the 5% reservation fee.

Full payment including the security deposit (if required) is due 60 days (90 days Holiday Season) before arrival. A credit card authorization and copy of the credit card is required.

Please Note: private properties are not suitable for parties or any events, gathering etc. and have to comply with noise ordinance. Use of private homes is strictly for registered tenants only. Occupancy per bedroom is 2 guests including children 2 years and older. Quiet hours need to be observed between 9pm and 8am. Properties provide parking, street parking is not available at any time. 

Security Deposit
A rental agreement with credit card guarantee is required for all properties. Some properties require as well a cash security deposit.
The rent includes no maid service (can be arranged). Please leave your vacation unit in reasonable condition before you leave (laundry will be done by the cleaning lady). Should there be any abuse to the unit beyond “Normal Wear and Tear”, tenants are responsible for any additional cleaning charges. All rentals are non-smoking and only for private use, parties, gatherings, events are not allowed.

Cancellation
Guest understands and acknowledges that the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or re-schedule. For cancellations or re-schedule received within 60 days (90 days Holiday Season) of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
TRIP INTERRUPTION/CANCELLATION insurance is available from independent providers and is STRONGLY recommended. The owner, in the event of Government Action, Natural Disaster,  may cancel this reservation and liability shall be limited to the amount of monies paid to date on the account. Owner/agent shall not be liable for other expenses incurred such as plane tickets, pre paid rental car, etc.
