This property is a licensed vacation rental. The permit is issued by the County of Maui, and is subject to the rules and restrictions required by Maui County for all short term rental homes.
A rental agreement must be completed, signed and dated before check-in date.
Important - We cannot accept a reservation, if tenant(s) does not agree to be compliant of the following rules:
1. Use of the Property – All guests must be registered on the rental agreement and not exceed the maximum occupancy for the property. Non-registered guests are prohibited and cannot be invited to the property at any given time. The property cannot be used as a gathering or meeting place. Use of this property is strictly for registered guest use ONLY. Maui County law allows us to accommodate a maximum of two guests (ages 2yrs & up) per room, times the number of licensed bedrooms for the home.
2. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is from 9pm to 8am.
3. Neighbors - Please be considerate of our neighbors, it is important that your use of this property does not impact them in any way. This rental is located in a neighborhood where most neighbors/residents need to work early in the morning. Noise travels easily to their homes, especially in the evening. Absolutely NO amplified sound of any nature at any time.
4. Parking – Allowable parking for this property will be indicated on the rental agreement.
There is no street parking allowed at any time. By law street must be cleared for any/all possible neighbors, or utility or emergency vehicles, such as: fire trucks, police, ambulance, trash trucks, to name a few.
